I booked online and selected the room I liked according to the photos one with a panoramic view of the city. The view was horrible and the room looked nothing g like the photos they aren't updated or I wouldn't have gotten it for as much as I paid. I called to tell them it was not the room I booked online and they didn't do anything besides say sorry and they have been renovated

Close to concert venue, and Lady at desk in evening was super nice and went above and beyond to help us with getting dinnerware for us.

Driving in St Louis is a nightmare I probably would have ubered to the venue but I ventured out and was able to find my way back to the hotel safely
