Positives:
The low cost but the negative outweigh that badly. I would never stay at this hotel again.
Negatives:
Rooms were under-furnished. Room had a place for a small dining table but was not included. Lamp by bed was broken. Bathroom faucet had no cold water. Bathtub had no safety bar and was very slippery and quite dangerous.
You had to request all amenities (pots, pans, plates, utensils, hair dryer, etc.)from the front desk.
The rooms were old and upkeep on units/hotel was minimal. One elevator was broken for over 24 hours.
