One of the elevators is wonkey and apparently has been for years- so it's often a long wait to get an elevator. They should really invest in a new one- it was a source of annoyance. Also I thought they said they had a hot tub, but they didn't.

Breakfast had eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit the usual… clean and readily available. Front desk staff was friendly and answered several questions for us. Walking distance to arch ( very short walk) and union station ( a little longer walk). Also walking distance to hockey, soccer, football, and baseball. Paid parking at hotel was readily available, self park in ramp or surface lot, and very quick and easy in and out.
