Reception at checkin was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Good value.

Breakfast staff was very indifferent. Began shutting down buffet 30 minutes early. Some items were gone, and food was all cold.

The staff was rude, there was extra charges upon check in that was not explained upon reservation per room. We paid over 200 dollars per room and had to pay 50 deposit on a card when checking in. We paid in advance for the rooms so we wouldn't have to deal with any of that. The continental breakfast was not free. It was 15.99 per person. But advertising as free on site. The rooms were small. The pool was small not heated and they provided no towels. The beds were hard. Overall the stay was horrible and definitely not worth anywhere near what we paid. We will not be staying again or recommending to anyone else.

I didn't like all of the above on top of the rude staff at the front desk the cleaning staff did not clean the rooms prior to check in. There was trash under our beds and dirty linen in our bathroom. Over all no stars given.
