Positives:
The room was very spacious, clean, super comfortable and quiet. It had every amenity we needed and also had secure parking on site. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The 'Grab & Go' self service breakfast was perfect for us.
Negatives:
There was building work going on while we stayed, but to be honest, although not visually great, it didn't affect us at all. No noise or dust or inconvenience in any way. I hope it all looks wonderful when its finished. :-)

Really nice hotel that surpassed...

Room was fine, location perfect, helpful staff.
Negatives:
Breakfast wasn't great, but the facility is in transition and is remodeling to accommodate better food service. Lighiting choices in the room could be improved with two instead of one reading lights in bed. Garage was a challenge, but I can see that things will be better when the remodel is complete.

Having to wait so long for a room due to:
1) A corner having to be helped fora very long time due to an error from a staff member at another location.
2) An error of a staff member, with that property assigning my room away to another customer. So I had to wait even longer for the current staff member to go upstairs and to check to see if my room reserved for me had an occupant in it or not & unfortunately it did have an occupant in it and the staff member then had to find another room for me. I had gotten in very late and I was very tired and was very disappointed in having to wait so long to rest.
2) I had roaches in my room and that was very disgusting!.
