Positives:
The bed was comfortable. The blinds did an excellent job darkening the room. The AC worked great to keep the room a comfortable temperature. The lobby was nice and connected directly to the conference I was going to. I also liked the desk situation. They have an additional portion that rolls out, it was quite handy.
Negatives:
The parking lot was weird. Even the delivery guy said he lapped the building three times. Coming into the room, there is a narrow space left to actually enter the room from the bathroom hallway due to furniture. So if you have wide hips, think again. It's maybe 16-18 inches across to avoid furniture. My biggest problem was the location of the room/noise. Hotels can be noisy, I get it, but this was excessive. The room was by the ice machine, near the pool, and kids yelling in the hallway for hours off and on. Called down to ask for a laundry bag and agreed to hold, and eventually, I gave up. I ended up calling back in the morning. It turns out that apparently, they don't have laundry bags (I find this odd). Only pleasant staff I encountered was on check-in. Housekeeping knocked at 0800... Check out is by 1100 and wasn't checked out yet. Cheapest TP, you can put in a hotel. It's not been a good visit, but get something more than a king room, bring your own TP and ask to be away from everything, maybe it'd be ok... I, however, probably will not be staying here again.
