Negatives: The hotel smelled like smoke, and the carpet looks very worn. In addition, the staff was not responsive to a request for fresh linens after we were told that our request would be taken care of.

Positives: The a/c worked well.
Negatives: Man this place needs an overhaul. Nasty, dirty, filthy. Liquid spills everywhere, in the lobby, in the elevator, in the hallways. Bad smell throughout the building. Walls need repainted, carpeting was peeling everywhere we went. It was just awful.
