Great location downtown in the middle of everything and close to plenty of food!!!

Some of the staff were absolutely not customer service centered people. If you don't like people or care about your customers, why work at the front counter?? She didn't look at her customers, she didn't get off her chair to help people, she acted like having to do her job was the last thing she wanted to do. She was the worst and needs to be repositioned to a back-of-the-house position! However most of the guys working here were friendly and approachable, helping to solve issues immediately! It just sucked having to wait until someone who cared would actually help.

Location of the hotel. The staff was very pleasant. It was nice to have the free breakfast.

My room was on the 2nd floor and smelled old and damp. I felt like I was in cave because the windows were high and I could not see out of them. Accessibility to the hotel for pickup and dropoff could be better.

Lobby was clean, modern, and inviting. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Our suit was mostly clean and well stocked with necessary items.
Negatives:
Free parking is listed as an amenity but is only available between the hours of 7 p.m and 8 a.m. at metered parking spots along the street outside the hotel. Staff worked diligently but struggled to keep up with the demand for food and dishes during complimentary breakfast.
