Positives:
Location location location location location. The Arch right at the door stop and the baseball stadium a 5 minute walk. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The views from the room were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel had outstanding staff, delicious food and mouth watering cocktails. I ate and drank here every night. Outstanding customer service from all members of staff. Starbucks inside hotel came in very handy. Gift store was also very helpful as no where else in St Loius to buy snacks from.

Location to the Arch stay...
Positives:
We had an amazing view of the arch along with a very cozy and super clean room! the housekeepers are quite literally amazing! the front desk staff is super professional and friendly:) it was also a bonus that there’s a literal starbucks connected to the hotel !!!!

Positives:
I liked the location, it's a 2 minute walk to the arch and right downtown. The lobby is fabulous. You could order food from the restaurants up to your room.
Negatives:
The aesthetics in the lobby were much better than the aesthetics upstairs. I hated the fact that there was no bathtub and the room was really small. I had to call down for more towels and blankets twice, I took a nap after the first phone call and they still hadn't brought the linens.

Full service staff! They were so friendly. The kids enjoyed the Easter Bunny in the lobby when we went down for breakfast on Easter Sunday.
