Positives:
Nice facility, clean and the bonus was the restaurant attached, and also the late night bar n grill we visited. Location us central to everything.
Negatives:
They put us in a connecting room we didn't request. The door made it so easy to hear everything next door, and unfortunately their was plenty to hear. The person next door was obviously ill, as she coughed the entire stay. I've never heard anything like it. If we had not been in a connecting room with a door between us she would not have been so audible.
When we checked out the next day we asked for the front desk to not only do a wellness check on that person, but also not to book anyone else in the joining room. I hope and pray that when the person checked out they Lysol sprayed that room to the heavens and back. I also hope they waited 24 hours before putting someone else I that space for safety reasons. Everyone COVID, and other viruses are still very real.

Very nice (cashless) hotel with good employees.
They do not accept legal US tender for any transactions except for tips....THEN cash is ok.
Even IF this is legal it is an overtly political move.
Negatives:
Everything was very good as expected from a Hyatt...
HOWEVER, 1 room with two beds was specifically ordered.
When arriving at 9pm, hotel informed me that there were no rooms with 2 normal beds of any size available...full + rollaway was closest.
After a quiet but heated conversation with manager, she told me that no rooms are guaranteed when booked with a 3rd party vendor....
IF this is true and buried in the fine print legalese, Bookings needs to say that straight out in full view next to the bed selection line!
I was forced to just live with the single bed room for 2 people.

I loved the proximity of the hotel to Busch Stadium and the Arch. I also loved the in-house Starbucks for my morning coffee. Even though the hotel appeared to be rather full, I never heard noise from another guest.
