Positives:
The location near major freeways was a plus. The breakfast was adequate and the staff courteous.
Negatives:
It's obvious that the owners are absent or just don't care. Example 1, the floor of the breakfast area made a sticky sound / feel as you walked across. The plastic cover over the hot food was broken and awkward to use. Example 2, going to my room, there was a bag of trash in the hall and a stray piece of tissue paper. That tissue paper survived for over a day. The carpets look un vacuumed. The next day there was a huge black plastic garbage bag that was left behind along with a rag on a side table. Example 3, my bathroom overhead light was burnt out. Obviously the staff needed to replace it a long time ago.

The first room smelled of black mold. The room we stayed in 217 the mirror was not cleaned and the tub was slow to drain during the shower. The cover on the air conditioner keep falling off. The rating suggested a better experience.
