I came to the hotel around midnight. Although I called before and room was ready.
On the front desk they said they sold out! Absolutely unbelievable!!! Wtf and how you sold out if I have reservation? They just didnt let me stay and said sorry but you have to go to different hotel.

Lets just say Clayton is old and the rooms are yet outdated, horrible bathroom lighting. No fan for the bathrooms either? My girlfriend was very upset how long it took for her to be able to do her get together bc the mirrors werent available.

The maids didnt show up to do a room clean until 4pm

Inconsistencies with reported pool hours. Staff said, "Yes, it's open on Friday" even though the website doesn't list weekend hours. Then the sign by the pool says it's open until 10:00, but staff come at 8:00 p.m. to shout "The pool is CLOSED!"

The food was expensive and so was the hotel. But the pool was beautiful and having poolside waitstaff was wonderful. The restaurant was also very good and the staff were very accomadating. The gym was gorgous and the ILLY coffee in the room along with ceramic cups was a bonus. Bed very comfortable.

Bathroom was small. And the coffee maker, while fancy, did not work great.

Pool experience- less than desirable. Manager could/should have asked/insisted the drunk female repeatedly screaming and cussing to leave pool area. Instead, couples and families chose yo leave due to her disturbing behavior.
