The room was clean and the location was great. Also, most of the staff was courteous and polite. The restaurant downstairs was convenient with good food.
Negatives:
When we first got there, they couldn't locate our reservation and insisted that I was lying to them about having a reservation which was made 2 days prior. They must have told me that I just made the reservation within the last few minutes although I showed them the confirmation email from 2 days prior. Wasted about 30 minutes while they figured it out. Besides the reservation being messed up and given no explanation or apology, the venue was so loud and I will never stay there again. The first night, there was a concert or something going on until 3AM.

Parking prices were absurd. If you stay here expect to pay up to 50 extra per nite on parking. They do not tell you this at time of booking.
