Positives: That they had breakfast and free parking.
Negatives: That for kick back time they only had chips, pretzels, and salsa. For drinks wine, beer, and soda. They don't serve what the Druary serves. I think that should be posted that they only do snacks. I was expecting hot, and cold food.

Positives: Courteous staff and from a side window at the end of the hall you could see the arch. Also, from the room I could see a Ferris wheel. Parking had a garage that was gated and well lit.
Negatives: The hallway smelled like weed. I had only one tissue in a tissue box for my room. Seemed like homeless came in for free breakfast.

Positives: The maintenance man that was on staff the evening we stayed was AMAZING! I had a sick toddler which resulted in some nasty messes in the room. The maintenance guy brought us everything we needed to clean up The mess and even offered to do it for us!
Negatives: I called the morning of check in to ensure the hot tub and pool was open and was told they was. When arriving at hotel and going to the pool area, I learned the hot tub was out of order, was very disappointed especially since I called ahead.

Positives: Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very nice people. Breakfast was general fare, eggs, toast, sausage, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. Pretty good.
Negatives: Room not made up on 1st day. Were given towels and told we had to ask to get room cleaned. Never had to do that before. 2nd day was locked out of room. Had to go back to desk to get keys fixed. Room was cleaned this time. Elevator floors dirty carpet.

Positives: Great location and nice rooms!
Negatives: Only 1 elevator and at times being on the 9th floor, that meant really slow movement up and down -- especially at crowded times like checkout and before the game when everyone was headed out.
