room 117 had bed bugs told the front desk and also showed them a photo. They didnt offer me another room or even offer to compensate me, all they did was tell me they had to call out echo lab to confirm. Ended up checking out 4 hours early.

It was the cheapest hotel I could find, and it wasnt that cheap for the hotel that I got the microwave had a hole in it and it screeched every time I used it had to clean my room and had a tiny fridge and no freezer. Also no washer and dryer on premises
