The bed bugs that bit my daughter. The room was filthy, and the door didn't lock right, along with a huge gap at the bottom of the door. The manager argued with my husband, who is an exterminator, about there being bed bugs in the room. There was one on the bed after biting my daughter and we woke up to blood spots on the sheets. There are over 30+ mentions of bed bugs in previous reviews. You have been warned.

I never got my deposit back ! The door wouldn't lock there was blood on the sheets ,comforter , floor and door knob .. people was out side the door shooting up drugs and fighting my kid was scared !

Why it's not a good...
Positives:
The location and price.
Negatives:
Disappointing experience. Negligent staff and management inadequately resolved the issue. During the 2nd day of my stay unauthorized staff removed all my belongings from my room. No items was ever recovered and discount not applied to my next reservation.

Where do I start. The non smoking room wasn’t non smoking. There was a literal marijuana roach in our floor when we walked in the room. Dirty towels still in our bath tub. Fixtures broken and halfway hanging off the wall. Smoke alarm batteries were dying and beeped all night.

The smell of the room! Says that smoking is a $200 cleaning bill but our room smelled horrible . There was shi. In the bathroom door. The room was big but the bathroom was gross and small. The bed was soft but lumpy.
