The room was absolutely filthy. After walking in and seeing the room, I walked right back down to the front desk and returned by key and asked them to cancel my reservation.

Room 239 has roaches and lice. Had to come home and treat hair for head lice . Roaches were in the room we would see them at night. Will never stay here or at another red roof again . Vagrants at this hotel making noise drinking doing drugs all night cant sleep its absolutely ridiculous. Only good thing was the front desk staff were nice and friendly

1st room, key door didn’t work, 2nd room, smelled like bleach or ammonia like someone must have been murdered in it, 3rd room was on 3rd floor, no fridge no microwave, people walking around a lot, undercover cops driving the parking lot and checking in cars. It was a hood place.

The room had significant water damage and peeling paint. The coffee maker was moldy and the room smelled like cigar smoke.
Negatives:
The room was pretty bad beaten. Holes in the bathroom walls, stained bathtubs, holes in the bed spread, desk chair had rips, the floor had holes in it.

The bed bugs that bit my daughter. The room was filthy, and the door didn't lock right, along with a huge gap at the bottom of the door. The manager argued with my husband, who is an exterminator, about there being bed bugs in the room. There was one on the bed after biting my daughter and we woke up to blood spots on the sheets. There are over 30+ mentions of bed bugs in previous reviews. You have been warned.
