The room was clean. The staff were ok.
Negatives:
They didn’t have shampoo and conditioner and soap in the room. When we asked them about it they only gave us shampoo. Pricey.

Dirty. Disgusting. Heavy smell of smoke in the rooms, bed sheets are stained, roach dropping, hair all over, furniture is stripping and falling apart. Had 2 separate rooms and both were like this. Terrible management that doesn’t respond in a timely fashion.

I like that it’s next to the high so I’m able to get from point A to point B the room was clean that’s an A+ and also like the front desk I’m also complementing the staff for a quick response when I needed an iron
