Negatives: The first night the room wasn't cleaned. Then I ordered food from the lounge and got charged twice for a meal. I probably won't stay there again don't like no one stealing from me.

Positives: The pool area

Negatives: I was told my room was available at 3:00pm. Got there and it wasnt ready. Parts of the hotel was hot. Bartender in the dining area was ok. We waited 15 mins, before he took our order. I paid for the meal with my debit card and tipped him just being nice. The food was not worth the price. Next day after leaving the hotel, I was charged for the room again and the meal was some how charged to the hotel room. How? Very disappointed and frustrated!

Positives: Pool was beautiful. Wonderful location. Friendly people

Negatives: Wish I wouldn't have been next to the elevator because of having a baby with us. Kept her awake and us too. Would have liked to have the option not to be there. No breakfast. I thought it was included in stay and wasnt. Wish there was an closer indoor pool and way to get to outdoor pool without the stairs.
