The rooms are needing updated! Popcorn ceilings, bubbling wall paper, very low ceiling, not very clean, and smelled like old cigarettes.

I would not stay here...
Positives:
The bed was very comfy and pillows were good. I checked in a bit early so took a double bed room instead of a king.
The location is nice with the bars and eateries next door. The mall IS NOT a typical mall but I did go to a comedy show.
Negatives:
The hotel was full of kids there for a soccer tournament. Saturday afternoon got rained out so they were running all over the hotel. Luckily I travel with earplugs. When I tried to have dinner, the restaurant was dark and a wedding reception was starting in the bar and all over. I ordered a soup at the bar and took it back to my room. I got the first airport shuttle in the morning and didn’t stay for breakfast.

Positives:
The room is very spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The location worked well for me since my office is close to the hotel. You can find many restaurants and bars closed to the hotel.
Negatives:
Besides the fact that the rooms are quite good, the biggest issue was the noise coming from the air conditioning. To be honest, it was terrible. I could not sleep well.

Starting with the customer service at the check in desk they were rude, did not help you by letting you know what time check out is and where and how much breakfast was. The rooms were dirty and had mold in them, the balcony was gross and dirty then we asked to be moved rooms and we got that but the beds were super small.

The first night the room wasn't cleaned. Then I ordered food from the lounge and got charged twice for a meal. I probably won't stay there again don't like no one stealing from me.

The bed was comfy. The staff at restaurant was very nice!

The staff at check in was horribly rude and unprofessional. The premises was not upkept. There was snow that morning, and the sidewalks and parking lot were not shoveled. The door leading into lobby was broken.
