Love that it was right there with Union Station. The hotel staff were nice, the Station Grill food was excellent, and the Grand Hall was amazing!
Negatives:
Our room smelled musty. There was mold in the bathroom along the tub. The pool was closed and not listed on the site so we didn’t know. That would’ve changed our minds of where we stayed. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom during the night. We also booked our reservation with breakfast included, but they still charged us for our breakfast.

Was advertised as room with “garden view” but it was just two trees, a closed pool, and full view of people opposite the “garden”. Room was smaller than expected. Unexpected fees not listed during booking.
