Positives: Location British theme Delicious breakfast! Scavenger hunt! One of the cleaning staff (an older woman) was kind enough to give me clean towels one time
Negatives: 1. Dusty throughout 2. Dining tables were never clean, never saw staff cleaning them 3. Dirty floors throughout-never saw staff sweep, mop or vacuum 4. Room was never cleaned or restocked during our 3 day stay, despite asking for it to be cleaned 5. Bed frames are hazardous. I was injured so severely I could not walk for 24 hours (and am still dealing with a swollen, injured knee). 6. No wheelchair or crutches or assistance provided to me when I couldn't walk. Other guests were helpful but no staff were. 7. The manager did not call as I was told he would when I filed an incident report. 8. When returning a borrowed bike, my daughter informed them that the bike was unsafe- chain repeatedly fell off, back wheel not secured - the employee merely laughed. 9. This hotel charges $10/day to park. This was never disclosed either in writing or in person prior to check out. 10. The parking garage was flooded. A caustic, oil based liquid dripped on my car. This required professional care to remove, as it did not wash off in a car wash the same day. That's all I can think of right now.
