The location was great! Staff was friendly, and while expensive, the valet was excellent!
Negatives:
We ran across several things that on their own wouldn't have been a big deal, but combined made for a very mediocre sfay. We found someone else's dirty sock in our armoire, were sold expired Sunny D from the market in the lobby, we didn't expect like the pool not allowing kids after 6, the floor lamp clicked on, but to turn it off we had to unscrew the lightbulb, and the box spring was broken on one side of one of the beds. I responded to their guest survey text after our first night as we didn't get in until late, and they said the GM would contact me, but that never happened.

There isn’t any microwaves on the floors or even in the lobby to warm up food. Our television didn’t work. We kept getting knocks on the door seeing how long before we were going to check out. The view of the rooms on the website doesn’t match them in real life..

The hotel and staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff working reception. The property felt safe because you have to key in everywhere. The room was way bigger than expected. The rooftop pool had really nice views of downtown.
Negatives:
Homeless people yelled all night long. Guess that’s why they gave us ear plugs. I felt bad for the security guard because as we were pulling in we saw him ask one lady to leave the property and she started chucking her trash at him.

The roof top bar was closed for the entire stay as the hotel had low occupancy and the lobby bar was only open one evening when there was a convention downtown, otherwise it was closed.
