Upon check-in - did not mention that you needed to make an appointment to have your room cleaned. So called on Friday - was informed so we said "fine, make an appointment for Saturday and guess what - they don't fully clean rooms on weekend. BOOOOOOO

This hotel was advertised has a 4 star experience and it is a 3 star maximum. If you do not pay for valet parking there is a risk of your car/truck being broken into which was relayed to us upon arrival by the staff. The rooms were clean but not spotless like what I would expect for paying $250 a night to stay there, the AC unit was EXTREMELY loud/buzzed the entire time it was on and the walls are very thin. Pros were comfortable bed, roomy shower and hot water.

Enjoyed the location as we attended a concert at Delmar Hall, so we had an easy walk to the venue. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the roof top bar. Valet parking a plus!

Our room didn't have anything to sit in outside of a desk chair and a stool. Felt like my only option was to get back into bed.

Positives:
The staff were extremely nice and helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful. With all that I mentioned plus the convenient location, I would definitely stay again. Also, I love the Nest brand of soaps and other products available in the room!
Negatives:
Parking is a little tricky but not impossible. The customer service and assistance made this easy to look past. I appreciated the options they presented to try to make it easier for us. Navigating a congested area can be intimidating for rural folks, but they were able to make it much easier for us.

Ordered food around midnight. Food was delivered at 12:34. We went down to pick it up at 12:45 and went to the lobby and the food wasnt there. The lady at the front desk was asleep and no one else was around. I tried to wake her up but she was still asleep. The picture of the food looked like it was left inside right before you enter the lobby itself. we assume it was stolen. doordash refused to refund me. I feel like this wouldnt of happened if the lady wasnt asleep. The doors to the hotel were unlocked. we went to the car real quick and when we came back the hotel door was locked and she was awake so I dont know if her being asleep meant she also had the door unlocked. not sure about that but she was definitely asleep when our food got ordered and delivered.

Positives:
The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and the location is amazing. So many places to see and so many things to do within walking distance. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful. The rooftop is beautiful with couches and tables to sit at and have a drink overlooking the city.
Negatives:
There is nothing we didn't like. There was a little noise in the hallway right outside our room, but that was absolutely not the hotels fault.
