It was just one thing after another, we got there and only one elevator was working and it was a really busy weekend. We got into our room and went to put our things away the cabinet door fell off the hinges they said that just happens. We requested a crib on our reservation and we didn’t have one, when we asked the staff was extremely short and hateful (as they were the whole time). The air vent in the room had a huge layer of dust on it it looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned, and we were told parking was $30 and it ended up being $42 which isn’t a big deal I just wish we were informed.

The $40 for parking was a bit much. There is $50 valet but I think next time, I will try a nearby parking structure.

It was clean and comfortable. The front desk person was kind when I arrived several hours before check in and provided me with a room right away.

We hated the bathroom in the king bed room. I have a health condition that requires a tub for soaking. I never dreamt the bath would be small with no tub. Huge disappointment. We stayed at the Westin Grsnd cayman and our bath was incredible.

spacious, clean, staff was very friendly, accomodative, efficient, attentive enjoyed welcoming valet, front desk personel on check out, and waitor for breakfast on check out day... all were personable and made me, as a guest, feel valuable

the breakfaast menu was fairly plain, the waffel i had was delicious but eggs over easy ordered as a side were not great. too runny (watery) and yokes small...just saying, not the best eggs used
