The breakfast food was luke warm. Parking was either metered on street or $55 for valet that did not include overnight.

Positives:
The breakfast was delicious, staff/security very friendly. Room was very nice. Room was clean. Beds very comfy.
Negatives:
No free parking. Had to pay $55 a night for valet. No microwave in the room. No freezer in mini fridge,no ice bucket. No cash payments. They do not accept any prepaid debit cards(cashapp,chime,etc). Only major banks.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice to see security protecting guests and staff since it is in a downtown area. The rooms were nice.
Negatives:
The water pressure is on the low side. Not necessarily a horrible thing, it means bathrooms aren’t horribly loud (and neither are your neighbors’ bathrooms) and the Earth is around for that many more seconds longer but it’s a little harder to take a quick shower.

Treatment by staff can far outweigh any shortcomings of the site. Shaiylindi Campbell is exceptional and provides the consummate customer service experience. Shay used our names each and every time we entered or left the facility and always included a personal remark (I.e., “I hope you enjoyed dinner.”) She clearly loves her work, enjoys people, and adores serving others. She deserves a promotion to Customer Care Coordinator/Trainer to teach and mentor new hires. Shay enhanced our experience exponentially!
Negatives:
Mmmm. . . . Perhaps the cost of the valet, which was $55 per night. Seemed exorbitant but oh well.

Parking.. it wasn’t very clear how the parking worked. Due to construction, the area was a little congested

Front desk staff and security...
Positives:
The staff was wonderful. Ideal location for concert at enterprise center. Comfy bed. I just would not recommend walking alone a block away. Men were yelling at my daughter asking where she was going and to come back. Wr utilized the golf cart service $30 to give us a ride to the enterprise center.
Negatives:
On a busy night valet was behind. I felt bad for the worker. We couldnt find a spot to pull in to even get a valet. It was the only option for parking. We had ti drivr around corner and park in a public lot. $50 overnight. Thankfully my car was not bothered. The area is sketchy. Women traveling alone do not walk alone. Our window chain was broken for covering to go up and down. The toilet didnt flush good and the shower faucet was on its last leg.

Positives:
We liked the pool table downstairs and it was very clean. Our room was clean and open in space. Shay was one of the wonderful ladies who helped us. She was very pleasant to talk to and working the night shift but still had great customer service.
Negatives:
We felt that some of the other night shift workers the door man and desk attendant were not very kind. The doorman was reluctantly helpful and the front desk attendant did not want to help us. We also opted out of valet due to the high price.
