Negatives: Staff was very pushy, the maid entered my room several times even after asking her not to . I carry a hotel safe that attaches to immovable objects. It was left covered when we went out for the day. I came back and it was sitting out plain day as someone had attempted to get in it . The first time I stayed there they didn’t give me back my deposit. I had to ask for it five times. The towels they provide are hydrophobic and it literally feels like you’re wiping your soft off with a snotty rag. The complementary coffee in the morning is a joke. It’s like they’re literally afraid someone’s gonna come down there and enjoy it. my daughter took one of our puppies out and it managed to go to the bathroom on the walkway to the front of the building. My daughter came to the room with the dog up and meanwhile one of the staff cleaned up the mess and decided to come up to our room as my daughter was going back down to clean it up. They decided they wanted $25 to clean up the mess. I told them I’d happily pay the cleaning fee. They could provide any documentation that if there’s a policy of Motel 6 to charge guest to pick up dog leaving and they couldn’t provide this. This is when they said they could no longer accommodate me and my daughter. So yeah . You heard that right . There’s never someone at the front desk and anytime you need help you’ll stand there for several minutes waiting on someone . During our entire stay, it sounded like someone was arguing at some level somewhere so there was always slamming doors, stomping yelling, and etc. There was multiple times I had to call the front desk and ask them to please address it but to no avail . The police were there several times during our stay for one reason or another. If you’re a single person and you need to stay somewhere for the night, I guess this will work, but give them their deposit and cash and demand it back to the next day. Take your own towel and a set of headphones.

Negatives: Plastic on the bed, sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed, refrigerator froze all of our food/drinks.

Negatives: They didn't give me my deposit back even though we didn't smoke in the room. Never left the room except once. Cleaned off the beds clean up the bathroom and counters. Wrote them asking about Mt deposit and kept trying to call and they never answer the phones.

Negatives: No heat in the rooms. Cockroaches

Negatives: Someone accessed my room while I was out or asleep. Also there were no toiletries

Negatives: Did not know it was also an extended stay motel. Beer bottles around the hotel could of been cleaned up by the hotel or residents who left them there.
