The comfort of the bed and the washing supplies in the shower.
Negatives:
The banging noise every 20 minutes or so that made it hard to go to sleep. And you had to hold the handle down a little long until the toilet flushed.

I'd like it if it were closer to I-44. That is minor compared to my positive experience.

It was comfortable and clean. It's also in a great location by the stores and the mall. I really like the bottles of shampoo, conditioner & shower gel being in the shower.

Positives:
Beds are nice and not hard as a rock. I didn't wake up feeling like I slept on the ground. Breakfast was great and the lady that replenished items was very friendly. Great visit and extremely helpful staff.

The pillows are too soft. It would be nice to have some pillows with a medium amount of firmness.
