Positives:
The hot breakfast buffet was nice with lots of variety. The female staff was refilling the sausage and scrambled egg chafing dishes since more guests were coming in close to cut off time 9 am. She did this with a smile and never complained.
Negatives:
The main thing I didn't like was the live roach on the bathroom floor in the morning. I reported it to the desk clerk when we checked out that morning. She apologized and thanked me for letting her know. I feel like she was going to handle the situation.

The staff worked with me when I had reservations at another hotel when I thought it was this hotel. And honored the discount that I had online. Will definitely stay here again. House keeping staff was very polite and courtesy. The lady that did the breakfast was a very sweet lady.
