Positives: The room was quiet and clean.
Negatives: No elevator to second floor. A $100 room deposit-223 had a hole in the wall and the shower curtain rod needed repair, which I reported to the front desk.

Positives: It was a newer looking hotel
Negatives: There was water in lobby/hallways. Not sure what was causing it. I'm assuming the ice maker? The hallways were not a/c. The room I was in already had the A/C running full blast when I went in the first time. There were water bubbles in the BR on ceiling.

Positives: It was clean, and the staff were very friendly and efficient.
Negatives: Could not log into wifi and could not get a decent wireless signal. Don't count on your phone for entertainment if you stay here.

Positives: Super efficient check in. Nice to see a microwave in the room. Staff,  was great. Surround area / neighbor was nice and safe to walk/run.
Negatives: Maybe a few more breakfast choices. But coffee, banana and sweet roll was enough for me.

Positives: We canceled the as it was the wrong date.
Negatives: The personal were great. There was an error putting aside the right date fifteen minutes after canceling. The could nor cancel it. Will cancel though my credit card company.

Positives: I had already paid for my room and they tried to charge me again and do I asked why do I need to pay a 200 deposit when the room was already paid for and she cancelled my reservation and wouldnÂ't refund my money
