Water stains in ceilings, lamps in room were nasty, indoor pool wasn't open as it stated, their breakfast buffet was make your own waffle or cereal. Juice and milk was even spoiled. Even had someone jiggle the door in the middle of the night. Pictures online look better than the actual hotel. Floor tiles were busted in the elevator and the entire place smelled of mildew.

Sink was very slow to drain. Could not get hot water from Sink. Defective faucet. Had to turn heat on and off manually, it didn't cycle properly. The bathtub was patched with black tape. This room should NOT have been rented.

Not very clean, hair in shower, trash in hallway was never picked up our entire stay, remote to tv did not work (could not change channels), only given one wash cloth for two people and it was badly stained, bed linens very thin and old, shower bad.

Upon checking in the girl behind the desk made me feel as I was a bother. She was having a conversation that looked like a boyfriend. You can’t have pets even though there is a sign that says you can. She didn’t tell me where to park, where to go, or when breakfast was. I was thinking. Thank you for throwing your money at us. When we got to the room the bed was not completely made, paint splotches on the drapes, light in the bedroom at night, everything is unplugged, tv was on. Remote was broken, bed uncomfortable, shower poor. And breakfast, why even list that you have one? I have never felt so cheated for the money I spent
I would ask for my money back, but I’m sure that’s not a thing.
I will never stay here again and tell everyone to avoid this place.

Dirty dirty dirty. Rude staff, lady at reception so busy on personal call, she can hardly check you in. Halfway during stay TOLD to come to reception to reallocate a new room, mine had to be painted. No apologies, no compensation, just been told (which I refused, and then told I can stay) Reservation was Breakfast included, received a message later, due to Covid no breakfast. However, no staff wearing masks, no hand sanitizer, no social distancing, just this dump of a place saving a buck for not providing breakfast, no discounted rates. NEVER AGAIN!
