We traveled with our pets for the first time. It was easy at the property, there was an area to walk the dogs and the floor we were on was ideal.
Breakfast was exceptionally good, nice variety.
Above all, the staff were very approachable and friendly.

It was easy to locate and we had no issues once we were actually able to get a staff member around to check us in, however, comforters still had some kind of weird green stain on them when we pulled back the covers

I stayed at this hotel Jan 13th and checked out Jan 16th with 1 pet was told they would take fees day if check out and they took fees from my account today March 10th almost 2 months later called hotel and Ion was very rude new charges was talking about but said he's not the one in charge of it and said they can take the fees anytime they stated they have NO PAYMENT POLICY The nights of my stay there was a drunk man yelling all night and banging doors I even messaged the hotel dirty and bathtub leaked all in the floor. They accidently charged booking.com my pet fee and had to refund them 2 months later and charged my debit card without no contact or explanation. Horrible customer service and management
