Extremely disappointed with cleanliness. Hotel is being renovated, but no reason the rooms and common areas couldnt be regularly cleaned. Windows and elevator surfaces were disgusting and bad smell throughout. Booked for 3 nights but left after 2

Hotel is under renovation and was not noted on the booking. Pool was closed. Not what we were expecting. Breakfast offered was best described as continental. Frosted Flakes, mini muffins and mini doughnuts. Apple was the only thing actually healthy.

Too much to list... The hotel use on the midst of a remodel. Multiple floors are closed off and the whole hotel is like a construction zone. To make matters worse, our room was not clean and also in disarray.

This is NOT BEST WESTERN PLUS!! THIS is some no name motel. It is completely falling apart and in the midst of being shut down.

The hotel was literally under construction. The elevator did not work one night. Did not have hot breakfast like expected. Holes in walls. Construction noise all the time starting early morning.. shower rod hanging in the bathroom. Very dusty.

THE PLACE WAS DISGUSTING FROM LOBBY TO THE INSIDE OF THE ROOMS. CONSTRUCTION TO BUGS IN THE ROOM . WOULD NOT STAY AND THEY REFUSED ME ANY REFUND. A TOTAL DUMP!!!

Under construction, filthy, holes & stains all over the furniture in the room. Bathtub did not drain and there was mold all round the edge of tub. Overall, absolutely gross and would not ever recommend.

The hotel is not a Best Western. It is under massive construction. The room was filthy. The AC was turned off and room was about 80 degrees upon arriving. Bathroom has hair all over and toilet not clean. Breakfast was not what was shown. Disappoint

First thing is nothing matched up with pictures on site. They were in the middle of construction. The room was nasty. Hair in the tub. The furniture was old and torn up. The worst part was that there was spider webs in the corner and bug and ants.
