Negatives: They overbooked, was made the reservation a month in advance but they did accommodate us, housecleaning staff cleaned my son’s room but the housekeeper took my son’s phone charger, they never contacted me about it, we had to go out and purchased another one, we took care of the problem not the manager

Positives: Location to our destination. Building was clean in and out. Evening staff was very helpful and she went out of her way to help me out with an issue.

Negatives: Bathroom was small. Floors needed mopped alot better. Could smell others cooking food in their rooms.

Positives: The rooms were decent size with full kitchen

Negatives: No ice and the the amount of people hanging in the parking lot that I think lived at the hotel Was given a handicap room so the kitchen and things were shorter. And the shower was made for wheelchair so it was hard to move thing. They had no other rooms available. There was shot gun shells in the back parking lot , which was a little concerning. Also there was no breakfast.
