Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. They gave my king suite away and we had to take a queen. There wasn’t a coffee pot or anything in the room. When I asked for one they were out!

It was disgusting, the side doors were left unlocked which made it feel rather unsafe. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. I was grossed out even sitting in the bed and couldn’t even shower because the towels were stained, and there was dust and dirt and hair in the shower. There was visible dirt and old onion skins on the refrigerator. The room stank of cigarettes when I first walked in, and people kept smoking right outside of my window throughout the night making the smell stronger and stronger the longer I was there. To make all of this worse they double charged me for the horrid room, and gave me the run around passing me off to multiple people when I tried to call and sort it out. The “manager” I spoke with took my info and swore he was going to look into it and then never followed up or even tried to rectify, or even apologize about the situation

The speckled counter tops & tub/shower. It felt dirty, you couldn't tell if it was clean or dirty. Beds were old, frumpy & squeaky. I would not recommend.
