V0ery bare bones. ANYTHING you need you have to go to front desk and get....coffee maker, hair dryer, tp. Bed ok but about a 6" mattress on a metal frame. Was very quiet. Stayed on 1st floor and side door to outside did not lock. "Breakfast" is 2 kinds of small packaged muffins, coffee, breakfast bars set up on shelf in lobby.

Easy access from Interstate. Bell cart availability. Comfortable bed.

Called ahead; gave res. info and requested pet friendly room; was told no problem - then was not available at check-in; front desk clerk denied that I had called earlier; charged $5 additional for a king room, plus $25 pet fee. No coffee maker, bathroom amenities or towels - called front desk for towels. When delivered, attendant stated that property was severely understaffed and housekeeping inspections were not being done. Bedding was horribly wrinkled, from sheets, to bedspread and dust ruffle. BBQ “party” held right outside our first-floor window; BBQ smoke filtered into room through the a/c unit. Not a pleasant experience!

Little things needed to be fixed here and there, but it wasn’t like inconvenient. It was just like I need to fix that. Wasn’t anything that all the water work the water was hot on TV work TV was good. You know it was just little things like the carpet was torn it on the way in the room I was inthat was about it. but you could see it in the hotel in our area as well.

I didn't like my name was slander.It was told I was purchasing a room fraudulent and found out that later the company/workers was fraudulent lying and stealing.Double booking the management was very sneaky and scamful I learned my lesson I will never patronize this company not never BE CAREFUL!!
