It's proximity to the airport and free shuttle.
Negatives:
Surprised that the lock and bolt system on the room door was missing a piece thus could not be used to secure the room which did not give me a great sense of safety.

My room looked newly upgraded - the floor was so dirty I had to put a wash cloth by my bed to wipe my feet off before going to sleep - they need to clean their floors - there were drill shavings on the floor and just basic traffic dirt - upset!

This place is OK to stay for one night but its not OK at all to stay longer than that, fortunately only had to stay one night

, that there isnt an elevator but yet theres a cart to put your things on,The water doesnt get hot. The toilet is backed up and have to wait for it to go down. Theres a sign for a ice machine but there isnt one actually there, no gym

The hotel had an unpleasant smell in the hallways and the room was in disrepair. The granite facing of the sink was literally falling off and was propped up by pieces of wood. On a positive note I stayed overnight since it was clean and inexpensive.
Positives:
Price and clean shower. Spring mattress poked all night. Nobody vacuumed. Carpets ripped ceiling in bathroom severe water damage. Dungeon is my best description.

NOTHING! The room was subpar. there were stickers on the headboard, the walls were filthy, the tissue holder on the wall was broken off and not repair properly-no tissue-the bathroom door frame was broken, there was a hole in both the bathroom door & wall

Nothing .. I have pictures of my room and the filth on the floor hair on the towels phone wears exposed just all around dirty. Fort spots on the tub on the towels and bedding

I liked nothing about this hotel the room was dirty and some of the exit doors didnt workers work ethics where poor ppl where smoking in the hotel with no smoking signs there where no microwave in the rooms no push carrier available for my bags

I didnt know I had to pay a deposit for the room. I thought it was a flat rate so that was surprising that I had to pay more than expected.

That it takes 3 to 5 business days to get my deposit back
