Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. The receptionist was rude buyer she seemed as if she was being wearing several caps . Eg doing laundry and manning the front desk . From the entry to the room is super filthy with a super artificial “ clean smell fragrance .” The elevator doesn’t work . I was given one key which didn’t work so I instantly retreat my steps and asked for a refund . I met another guest who endorsed the rudeness of the front desk staff and stated that he had to clean his room himself .
