I was told the room would be cleaned every other day. We spent 3 nights there, and no one came to clean or give me new towels. I didnt get that many tv stations.

The beds were terrible. Bath tub was clogged and during our 4 night stay the management was inept at trying to resolve the clog.

Not much to write here. The pool was nice, and the staff were friendly, but there were issues. We had a great parking spot, and the water pressure while showing was great.
Negatives:
We had our placard placed on the outside of the door to indicate we did not want the room serviced while we left for the day to enjoy the museum. Someone still came into our room and hooked up a new cable box and unhooked my cables going from my laptop to the television set. Every night we were there, the noise above us was ridiculous with the running/stomping from children or possibly an adult taking very heavy but small steps across the floor. When I brought this to the attention of the Manager, he acted shocked, and did nothing in the way of compensation or discounting the bill. Once of the worst stays I've experienced in a while.

Hot tub wasnt working, airport shuttle has limited hours, fridge made loud noises all night, we requested to-go breakfasts prior to an early flight and there were none. Hotel was very expensive - we expected better
