The pool area was nice, we were able to check in early and it was in a good area.
Negatives:
The property is currently being renovated. The minor parts are there is dust everywhere, the noise, the breakfast room was too small for the amount of people staying there and none of the rooms had screens in the window. The biggest issue though was the properties AC was down and the solution was to remove the safety stop on windows to open it wider, but there was no screen to stop bugs or birds from coming in the room. It was extremely stuffy, no fans were available and no option to cancel the reservation with a refund. The room was hot, stuffy and had no circulation because they had the entire HVAC systems. The staff was rude about this issue that was pretty significant and would have changed my mind about staying there. The price per night is way too much for the state the hotel is in.

More selection at breakfast. No walk-in shower, even though room was advertised as handicap accessible; in the event of an emergency, who is responsible for helping a person with physical challenges down the stairs from the second floor?

It was disappointing.
Positives:
recently renovated, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. Arrived after midnight at Bozeman airport and was met by shuttle driver, helped me with my bags, friendly and courteous as well as front desk staff.

nothing really. renovations not quite finished but wasn’t disturbed by any noise.

We loved the pool and hot tub! We also enjoyed the whirlpool tub in our room. Much needed therapy after many hours of driving on icy roads!
Negatives:
The breakfast wasn't good for those who don't eat carbs. We had eggs but the sausage patties were microwaved too much and were tough/rubbery.

I called directly to the hotel before booking to be sure they offered airport shuttle services. My son was flying to Bozeman while we were driving in but due to arrive much later than he did. Staff was very helpful and accommodating being sure he was booked for the correct pickup time and let him in our room long before we were able to get there. The room was very spacious and comfortable for the three of us. Of our 30 days on our trip they offered the best breakfast buffet! Many fresh fruit options and delicious warm cinnamon buns. We highly recommend this hotel!
