Best pool in town. Bonus for it being a hot tub pool

Fan in bathroom was out of service. Upon arrival, Door safety latch was closed and we were locked out of our room for 20+ minutes while staff resolved the issue. There was a VIP guest note from staff left in our room with complimentary fruit, snacks and cookie, but that was placed in the wrong room as it was not addressed to my wife and I and I returned the note to the front desk and we were all confused, staff included.

The restaurant was excellent. Staff was amazingly friendly and attentive. Food was outstanding.

The only problem was that we got a very early start to the day and the restaurant didn’t open until 7AM. We only had 1 breakfast the day we left.

I liked the room, bed, the fact that it was newer and kept up.
Negatives:
We were not allowed to go in the top bar area due to a private event. The restaurant was closed. I think more things should be included for that price point - coffee/breakfast - especaially if guests cannot go to the bar or restaurant. We asked for a late check out which we really needed and got a "curt" NO. : (
