The location of the hotel is very convenient for my travel. The staff serving the breakfast are courteous and very helpful.
Negatives:
Staff at the check in did not give me information about the included breakfast nor offer me a choice in the rooms which, she did for the next guest checking in, without prompting, within earshot of my having checked in. I found this highly unacceptable

Broken bed and the staff couldnt move us to a properly working room. The dressers etc were also broken. It appeared we got the room no one shouldve been rented.

The hot tub and the tv did not work. We stayed at the hotel to take a hot tub after the football game that evening and watch a playoff football game. It was very disappointing that both things we planned were not possible.
Positives:
The location is great. The overall finish of the hotel is nice but it suffers from deferred maintenance and a lack of housekeeping and upkeep.
Negatives:
When we arrived, they moved us from one room to another due a 'Maintenance issue'. The new room TV didn't work, the furnace didn't work and the bathroom wasn't as clean as one would like.. The housekeeping on a daily level is poor.

Convenient location and it seemed clean overall.
Negatives:
Housekeeping staff was horrible. Was there for 8 nights and there wasn't one night where all the room cleaning was done. Floor wasn't cleaned for the first 6 nights, coffee pot rarely cleaned and little was wiped cleaned. Poor! Hot tub was lukewarm..
