We went to the downtown location by mistake. It was a bit confusing on our GPS. Water pressure was a bit low. I have very thick hair and had to work to rinse it.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for my travel. The staff serving the breakfast are courteous and very helpful.
Negatives:
Staff at the check in did not give me information about the included breakfast nor offer me a choice in the rooms which, she did for the next guest checking in, without prompting, within earshot of my having checked in. I found this highly unacceptable

Broken bed and the staff couldnt move us to a properly working room. The dressers etc were also broken. It appeared we got the room no one shouldve been rented.

Negatives:
The hot tub and the tv did not work. We stayed at the hotel to take a hot tub after the football game that evening and watch a playoff football game. It was very disappointing that both things we planned were not possible.
