Took 25 minutes to get checked in and we didn't get a first floor room like we had requested. There were several dogs inside and out. The stairs were covered with dog hair and we could hear barking from other rooms.

The room was very clean and quiet. I’m really like the wood laminate flooring as it is generally healthier than carpet. Michelle at the front desk was fantastic. She made sure the room was in order and that had what we needed for a good night’s sleep.

The price was reasonable and the staff were great. There was some confusion with my booking which resulted in two rooms being booked instead of one. I'm sure it was my fault because I had made a change to include my dog. Staff were gracious and helpful in making the changes. They held doors open the help me carry in bags and fussed over my lovely dog. Could not have been nicer!
