There was a disgusting odour - not sure if it was drains or something else. I used half a can of air freshener to try to disguise it as well as lavender spray on the bedding. The smell had permeated the bed linen.

Excellent, affordable hotel with clean accomodations and a solid morning breakfast.

It was clean and efficient for a quick overnight on a road trip.

Lack of preparing. A bus tour and several additional guests needed to check-in and they had one person working, more staff at busier times would help.
