Add on fees at check in. Beware your going to get extra charges on your bill, for the privilege of having access to pool, restaurants, and casino, whether you plan to use or not.

When we arrived the room smelt sooooo bad of smoke and was freezing so I went and found someone and they said oh the windows were open mind you it’s -40 out she commented on the smell of smoke as well. The humidity was so bad my glasses fogged up. The bathroom had no toilet paper and was dirty. When I booked this room I let them know traveling with us was someone with asthma as I had read reviews about issues others had. This is all the BAD not good

The food in the bar was delicious, and the servers were amazing.
The pool is great for families, which is why we booked this hotel, although it was quite cold.
Negatives:
We have stayed here twice now, a year apart, and the renos are still very apparent throughout the property. I found the rooms to be not quite finished. The bathrooms and some of the finishing details need work. It looks rushed.
The elevators are also very old and LOUD!
