We’ve stayed here many times and it’s usually great, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, with food on the floor and garbage left in the bathroom. I had to call every day—sometimes more than once—just to get fresh towels. Even then, the towels were delivered in a garbage bag, not folded, and no one ever came to clean the room despite multiple requests to housekeeping.
They came once halfway made the bed. Left garbage and dirty towels
I eventually started setting the garbage in the hallway because I couldn’t get anyone to remove it. There were also no towels available in the gym or pool area, and I had to call each time to request them.
Overall, this was a horrible experience and far below the standard we’ve come to expect from our previous stays.

This stay was disappointing to say the least

Breakfast was very exceptional.
Negatives:
The staff lied about how early I could check in. Check in time was originally 4 pm, a gentleman I spoke with said if I signed up as a reward member it would ensure early check in time, I tried to check in at 2 when he said to come in and was unable to check into the room. The lady said come back at 3. Then at 3 pm she proceeded to tell me I cannot check in until 4pm. I waited with my wife and kids for hours waiting to check in.
Upon check out a gentleman was spraying water all over the outside of the entrance and got my family and I wet.

The breakfast was OK. The dining area was very clean. Seating was comfortable, but it would be nice if they changed the breakfast to different things in the mornings so that you had a little bit of variety instead of the same every morning..

I didn’t like that we got a pet room on the third floor. It was hard for us to take our dog out frequently by always going down the elevator or stairs it would be much nicer if they had a suite on the first floor for pets accessibility’. The bed could be a little more comfortable, and the duvet cover needed to be changed. It had makeup on it..

My room had drawers with dirty clothing from previous guests. Room.unclean but hotel was full and couldn't change my room. Staff unapologetic.
Told me to contact Bookin dot com for an adjustment. Booking dot Com tells me to contact hotel for adjustment. A clean room is the minimum expectation!!
