Negatives: Holes in blankets holes in curtains 3inches of dust smell disgusting

Negatives: It was filthy. From the entrance, to the hallway, to our room, there was filth. When entering the room, the drapes were lopsided, and there were cigarette burns in the bedspread. I chose not to even look in the bathroom. I left at once although I was not able to get a full refund immediately, but I was given an email address of the manager who did respond quickly and I received a refund.

Negatives: But I had no idea that it was under renovations. So no pool, no breakfast, WiFi was so slow, room was old and dingy looking and not as clean as it could be. Smelled like construction and had to always ask for more towels, garbage to be taken out. Overall look of the place was sad and neglected.

Negatives: It was filthy dirty.

Negatives: As well as No Breakfast, there was no pool or hot tub/spa - despite being advertised. The property overall was old, run down, dingy and needs some serious maintenance. Slow draining sink in the bathroom, rust stains around the toilet base, loose, frayed raggedy carpeting and broken/non-functioning drapery harware.

Negatives: Shower leaks after turning off

Negatives: There is no breakfast as advertised. Poor cleanliness. Furniture is out of shape. Wifi is slow and unstable.

Negatives: The facility could use an update.

Negatives: The first room the door would not close securely, the curtains were rotting off of the rods , there were yellow stains on the lamp shades and the beds looked like they had been slept in and the sheets and bed spread had all kinds of stains on them. We asked for a different room and it was worse. The second room the bathroom was filthy. The toilet looked like it was never cleaned and the bathtub had dirt and grime in it like the water had backed up in it or something and never was cleaned. The room it self was equally as dirty as the first room.
