Customer service wasn’t present for me to check out even though I was at the counter for 10 minutes. I need a receipt for the stay and cannot receive one. Do not book here for Military travel.

Overall very clean, great location, convenient.
Negatives:
The bed was hard as a rock. Both my husband & I woke several times due to back pain. I had to sleep in the chair for a good portion of the night because my back hurt so bad. I've never had an issue like this at a Hilton before.
