Positives:
I got a good night's sleep and needed it.
Negatives:
I never saw staff.. when I checked in or checked out. After waiting in the lobby and also trying to call the front desk, I found a guy outside and asked if he worked there and he said he'd get the woman in charge but couldn't find her. He did find my room key behind the desk and just let me in. I honestly have never felt unsafe at a motel until I went to this one. I don't know that it's even a motel. And it wasn't real cheap either. Hallways reeked of weed. Broken furniture everywhere outside. A literal hole in the wall in the bathroom that went into the next room (I did not shower for that reason). My room was basically in the basement a whole floor of rooms is downstairs below ground level. Not sure if anyone stays upstairs. I only saw one other guest. An AC unit in the wall had gaps in it that went straight to the parking lot, so anytime someone was outside it was like they were in your room - you could hear everything through the literal hole in the wall to the parking lot. The whole town kind of creeped me out... looked abandoned. Couldn't even get directly onto the interstate- had to take a long truck route detour along a dirt road to get to the highway. If I could do over, I would never have stayed there. O and the bedding was not laundered... there were dog (maybe cat) hairs all over everything inside and out, which I'm allergic to, so that sucked too.

Pleasant
Positives:
Woman at desk extremely pleasant and helpful with local info.
Negatives:
Needs more staff and paint. Lights were out in some places. Facelift!

Fulfilled our needs
Positives:
The pillows were incredibly comfortable. The a/c unit did a good job and was loud enough to drown out neighbors noise. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion! Three creamer flavors available at breakfast.
Negatives:
Continental breakfast was lacking essential items i.e. milk I found a long hair in the shower that was not mine or my partners. Parking lot is in need of new dirt to fill holes, bad smell when you first enter building, staff is limited and hard to find
Positives:
When I arrived the reception was friendly and helpful. Its in a location where there are few hotels so worked with my trip itinerary. Once you get in the room its actually ok, good internet, clean and the bed was comfortable. A breakfast was provided.
Negatives:
When you arrive its in the middle of a truck park and potholed area with furniture stacked outside, all looks pretty grim. There was no plug for the bath. Although the room was clean it was just a bit basic and run down. Over all was expensive for what it was but I suppose that reflected the isolated location and the lack of options locally.

Expensive for basic lodgings.
Positives:
Comfy and had a quiet nights rest.

Positives:
The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The lady at check in was not friendly and was complaining that she was the only one working. She seemed very disgusted that I was there to check in at 3:30 PM. Also the breakfast was less than satisfactory.

I would not recommend staying here unless you simply cannot find another hotel.
Positives:
The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not up to par. Understaffed. Only one person working in the entire motel!
Positives:
The Good: clean room and comfortable bed
Negatives:
The Bad: very noisy as the doors and walls are thin. The Ugly: a staff member was yelling at and slapping or spanking a toddler he was pulling along by the hand. We stayed only 1 of the nights we reserved.
Positives:
The entrance to the hotel was dark and difficult to find. I found it odd that registration was a piece of paper and room keys were left in front of a passthrough window. No desk clerk.Room was ok.Outside of building is shabby and needs significant repairs
Negatives:
Everything!!
